31/10/2020 — Wicklow, IrelandCome away with me on this retreat to the Glen of Imaal in the Wicklow hills for a weekend to connect back to nature, back to yourself. It will give you the opportunity to unplug, to get away from stressed out deadlines and toxic news. The weekend will start with Yoga, taking time to bask in nature’s wonders in the garden of Ireland, with me Chris Molloy. This weekend will be spent in beauty, remoteness and the calmness of the Wicklow hills. While only an hour from Dublin we will be in a tranquil and nurturing space.
You will spend the weekend enjoying yoga, meditation, relaxation & walks. You will enjoy locally sourced organic vegetarian food, all bedrooms are en-suite with rain head showers pouring water from the Glen of Imaal, laying in spring beds made from Irish wood by the owner. The space is set up for Restoration. As we bask in the beauty of Autumn’s colours and sounds.
