I am so excited to welcome you to Herbert park for this amazing Yoga & Sound Bath experience with Chris Molloy Yoga & Emma West. Prepare to flow under the trees of the park, then after we will lay down and embrace the sounds of Emma’s instruments. 

Emma West is a Sound Bath facilitator from Dublin whose aim is to hold a safe space for you to pause, tune into to yourself and come back to your inner harmony through sound & meditation. By using frequencies and vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and more Emma will guide you into a peaceful relaxed state.

What is a Sound Bath? Sound baths are full-bodied listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative effects of the mind and body. Things to bring; Yoga mat Pillow / Cushion Warm blanket Eye pillow (optional)

Please wear whatever you need to keep warm and cosy, your body temp will drop once you relax and settle into the session. Layers, fluffy socks etc

Please note, this is not suitable for:

1st trimester of pregnancy

Those who use pacemakers

Sound induced epilepsy 

All levels welcome to this Nature lead practice allowing us to connect to ourselves. At Park Yoga, come enjoy the power of a practice that draws each week on the wonder that is Mother Nature in all her glory. Surya Namaskar to greet the day with optional inversions and Asana. Practicing in nature allows us to increase wakeful relaxation & internal focus.
