Connect – Reflect – Sustain

We live in an ever-changing VUCA world – Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. We face change and challenge every day, and our lives and heads feel busier than ever.

Self-care is the key to being our best selves – for ourselves and others. Dedicating time to refresh and sustain ourselves is a necessity in this ever-busy world.

Yogi/ Meditation teacher Chris Molloy and Coach Margaret Masterson have created a one-day experience designed to facilitate self-connection and reflection. You will take part in body and mind practices to sustain you through the waves of life. When you are connected to rest & restore your brain functions better, you become more self aware, engaged and rested.

An introspective yoga practice hones your awareness so that you become more conscious of the seeds you’re planting. Strengthening your self-reflective capacity gives you greater agency to choose the qualities you wish to cultivate.

We have chosen The Deerstone for this experience – a special location where life slows down and we sit closely with the beauty of nature.

Schedule:

With arrival and welcomes from 9am, we will start at 9.30am with introduction, a Yoga practice and facilitated Reflection. This will be followed by a delicious healthy lunch in our beautiful surroundings. Our afternoon will flow between body and mind practices and end with closing circle at 3pm.

Please wear comfortable clothing and socks for indoor movement. Bring swimming costume for the hydro pool and sauna. Bring runners and coat for outdoors. Bring water bottle for refills.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Book in here.
