A Yoga online class where everyone is welcome, a one hour blend of flow yoga for strength, bringing our awareness to move with our breath. Beginning with seated meditation to align the mind, body & soul, we then move through our Asana practice. If you aren’t used to meditating don’t worry just open your eyes readjust and come back to your breath each time. Throughout my class you will enjoy a sprinkling of yogic texts & spirituality mixed with alignment focussed asana. Begin your Tuesday in the best way possible.

All levels welcome to this evening Yoga class. This class brings body and breath together with gentle movement. Working with each pose to bring stillness. It’s the perfect class to end your day.
A Yin style online yoga class to realign the Spirit. Bring your blanket because this class invites you to slow down, to move inwards by drawing on subtle but deep body movements and using our friend the breath. At the end of this class we enjoy a longer Savasana to allow the body to absorb the full benefits of a juicy slow flow. Great to press the reset and restore button on a weekly basis. Each week this class grows as students come to enjoy the pause we create to re balance.
This class is a lovely entry level class for those to tune in to how yoga changes your body.

Vinyasa class to start your weekend. 45 minutes of movement followed by meditation and Savasana.

Practicing in nature allows us to increase wakeful relaxation & internal focus.
Bring your mat, wear a few extra layers, 2 pairs of socks and a hat are a must.
