Tuesday 9am Yoga for Strength

A Yoga online class where everyone is welcome, a one hour blend of flow yoga for strength, bringing our awareness to move with our breath. Beginning with seated meditation to align the mind, body & soul, we then move through our Asana practice. If you aren’t used to meditating don’t worry just open your eyes readjust and come back to your breath each time. Throughout my class you will enjoy a sprinkling of yogic texts & spirituality mixed with alignment focussed asana. Begin your Tuesday in the best way possible.

When you begin your day with yoga your body is energised & you feel better prepared to take on whatever the day has in store for you x

Wednesday 7. 15pm Beach Yoga Seapoint

All levels welcome to this Outdoor Yoga class, a Nature lead practice allowing us to connect to ourselves. A Yoga class to come & enjoy the power of a practice that draws each week on the wonder that is Mother Nature in all her glory. Practicing in nature allows us to increase wakeful relaxation & internal focus. Watch the sunset over Dublin bay, let the worries and stress of your day leave you as you relax into the evening energy.

We will follow this Vinyasa practice with a dip in the sea for those who wish to do so, completely optional!

Please wear a few light layers, a hoodie is so nice to wear while being outside. Bring a small handtowel, some disinfectant hand gel. Wear warm socks, maybe buy grippy pilate styles socks to keep on if your feet are normally cold, use sunscreen! These are just a few tips I picked up teaching outside that allow you to be more comfortable while you flow. Open to everyone.

Thursday 7pm WindDown

A Yin style online yoga class to realign the Spirit. Bring your blanket because this class invites you to slow down, to move inwards by drawing on subtle but deep body movements and using our friend the breath. At the end of this class we enjoy a longer Savasana to allow the body to absorb the full benefits of a juicy slow flow. Great to press the reset and restore button on a weekly basis. Each week this class grows as students come to enjoy the pause we create to re balance.

This class is a lovely entry level class for those to tune in to how yoga changes your body.

Saturday 9am Outdoor Yoga class in Seapoint

Join us for Yoga outside, tune in to the gentle sounds of water lapping to guide your practice. This one hour yoga class will get your blood flowing setting you up for a wonderful day. Bring a blanket to bathe in the big blue above for Savasana.

Saturday 11am Park Yoga

Come join us for a yoga class outside. All levels welcome to this Nature lead yoga practice allowing us to connect to ourselves. Park Yoga, come enjoy the power of a practice that draws each week on the wonder that is Mother Nature in all her glory. Surya Namaskar to greet the day with optional inversions and Asana. Practicing in nature allows us to increase wakeful relaxation & internal focus.

Bring your mat, wear a few extra layers, 2 pairs of socks and a hat are a must.
