The September Harvest Chrismolloyoga Day retreat takes place at Airfield Estate. Join Chris Molloy & Lisa Davies for a day of Yoga practice, fermentation workshop, amazing food, the Autumn harvest of Airfield all set a theme of abundance within ourselves. Chris Molloy will lead an opening yoga practice on the lush green lawn of Airfield, the soft grass beneath you inviting you to relax into this welcoming space. The practice is for everyone, so no yoga experience necessary.

Escape from the busyness of your everyday lives and join Chris Molloy and Lisa Davies for a day of yoga, meditation and delicious food. Airfield provides a beautiful and nurturing space that is abundant in nature in which to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with oneself. The day has been specifically designed to nourish mind, body and soul. Chris will lead the yoga and meditation. Lisa will facilitate a hands-on fermentation in the Inspiration Kitchen, where you will learn the benefits of fermentation and even get to take home a few jars of pickled goodness with you. The gardening team at Airfield will lead a tour

so you can learn more about their organic and sustainable gardening methods.

Lisa Davies – chef and cookery tutor (from will lead a cookery workshop that will show you how to make the most of the seasonal harvest. She will also provide a delicious organic lunch.

At Airfield you will discover a world of seasonally-inspired food and fun in Dundrum, Dublin. This hidden gem is one of the best outdoor spots to spend a few hours with acres of green space, farm animals, beautiful gardens and woodlands to explore. Airfield is not just a beautiful place with a remarkable history, it’s a social and charitable hub, investing in people and initiatives that reach every corner of our community.

Take in the beautiful gardens, designed by the expert team at Airfield l and internationally renowned guest gardeners with century old redwoods and fruit trees. This is an invitation to leave this past year behind. Dip into a sense of the abundance, to immerse yourself in nature, to tap into a space of calm and tranquility.

How our day together will be –

9am Arrival, meet us and one another

9.30am – 10.30am Yoga for all on the lawn (please bring your mat)

10.45am Welcome tea & morning snack

11am – 12pm One group will join Lisa for fermentation workshop

One group will join Airfield’s garden team for a tour of the gardens and grounds of Airfield

12pm – 1pm The groups swap over

1.30pm – 2.30 pm Lunch

2.45pm – Meditation & Closing circle

I was so sad and sorry when my last yoga teacher decided to move home to Italy. I thought I would never find a better teacher & then… I found Chris. She delivers a wonderfully unique class which is a marriage of movement and breath. Her class delivers a complete workout for whatever level you’re at, whilst being easy on the body and calming the mind. I look forward to every class and have never felt stronger or better.

Christine is a great yoga teacher and I recommend you give her a go.  She is very spiritual but her love of family and her surroundings come through clearly in her teaching - I have wished so many times to be with her in Dublin on the beach, in the studio, in the park! I have loved her classes via Zoom and her early morning Rise and Shine class has been a fantastic start to my day.  She is very knowledgeable and clearly puts a lot into planning each month and each week. Her classes are well prepared and she takes time to explain positions with variations too so that it is suitable for many levels. Having practised with her for 6 months, she keeps her practice interesting with different themes so that no 2 classes are completely the same.  I am loving my yoga journey with her and look forward to it continuing for many years.
