Yoga Retreats, Ireland and Portugal

As I prepare to leave this little piece of paradise in Portugal, this sea lily growing in a local sand dune is an image that will carry me home. Below are details of Yoga retreats in Ireland and Portugal. The good news is that I’m back teaching this week! I can’t wait to see you all back in class the online via Zoom classes are –

Tuesday 9am the yoga class to build strength. Plenty of planks all with a bit of fun and the odd Āsana challenging pose.

Thursday 7pm WindDown Yoga, a Yin style gentle class to open out and let go.

Saturday 9am Vinyasa flow

In Person Yoga Classes –

Wednesday 7.30pm, Seapoint an evening flow class with optional dip in the sea after. Bring tea or cacao if you want to stay and watch the sunset.

Friday 8am, Rise & Shine yogis in Dun Laoghaire.

Saturday 11am, Vinyasa flow Park Yoga in the beautiful Herbert Park .

Airfield Retreat –

I am so excited for this Yoga retreat which will take place in Airfield Estate. Join Lisa, the Airfield staff and myself for yoga, meditation, food demonstration, Harvest recipes, Airfield estate walk and talks. This day retreat invites you to tune in to being outside, to take in the abundance of Harvest, it’s sights, sounds and smells. Airifield Estate is set on 38 acres of land just on the Luas line in Dublin. With it’s rich history steeped in nature this retreat invites you to embrace the slower pace of life for the day. A space to prepare for Autumn.

This yoga retreat is for everyone, you do not need any experience of yoga at all. It is a welcome for all to enjoy yoga in the wonderful abundant grounds of Airfield at the height of Harvest. We will begin with a yoga practice on the lush lawns of Airfield, then you will enjoy some tea/ coffee and a snack all lovingly made by Lisa. You will then enjoy a cookery demo with Lisa followed by a walking tour of the grounds with the expert guidance of Airfield garden staff.

Portugal October Retreat

I am so excited to announce the October Portugal Yoga Retreat. You are invited to join me on a yoga holiday on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal. This 5 day retreat will be in Cocoon, simply put it’s stunning. The full detail on this Retreat will be in the email next week, but please get in touch if you would like to join me.

Explore and run wild on this stunning stretch of the unspoilt West coast of Portugal. Cocoon is situated on the breathtaking Atlantic coast, near the charming fishing village of Zambujiera del Mar in the Alentejo region, which is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline and white-washed villages. The ocean, with bluffs, trails, and sandy coves, is a 10-15 minutes drive, or a lovely bike ride away.
