The November Nourish event with Chrismolloyoga takes place at Lenehan’s Rathmines. Join Chris Molloy for this unique gathering of Yoga, food, a space to laugh, cry, dance, rest and be nourished. Nourished from the gentle practice of yoga movement. Movements and sounds echoing this time of year when we slow right down. Expect gentle holds, lots of queues to move from the space within. The practice is for everyone, so no yoga experience necessary.
This event takes place at the beautifully curated space created at Lenehan’s Rathmines. We will practice yoga at the fully covered, fully heated outdoor terrace. Please bring your own mat, blanket for Savasana and anything else you might need for yoga. We will then move inside to enjoy a wonderful dinner, if you wish to bring other clothes to change please do x.
