Bringing it all together, Yoga on & Off the Mat.
This week in our practice we will seek to tune into the volume of Asana, breathing, twisting, moving in synchronisation with the breath. Tuning into the weight of each movement. Our individual constitutional nature largely determines our proclivities and thus our tendencies to reside in certain body systems. Let’s see if we can move outside of our comfort zone and embrace the whole body system to correct imbalances & grow. The journey begins on the mat and continues throughout life.
Classes this week –
Tuesday 9am, Morning Flow
Thursday 7pm, WindDown Yoga
Saturday 10am & 11am, Park Yoga (nature inspired).
