How excited am I that Outdoor Yoga is live. I can’t wait to see you from tomorrow Monday May 10th! This is such a happy note to write to you guys, I am sure you can feel my energy bouncing off the page. It will be so nice to see you guys in the flesh, to practice together in the outdoors is going to be amazing. So to jump right in to what you want to know below is the schedule.
Live Schedule this week –
Tuesday 9am, Zoom Morning flow focused on Strength
Wednesday 7.30pm, Beach Yoga at Seapoint followed by an optional dip in the sea. This will be a Vinyasa class like the Saturday morning class. Maybe bring tea or cacao for after.
Thursday 7pm, WindDown yoga. It is so important that as our world reopens you keep to a practice that draws you to stillness, this is the class for exactly that.
Friday 8am, Outside Yoga Dun Laoighaire. A Vinyasa class that to blood pumping with a nice long Savasana at the end.
Saturday 10am, Zoom Vinyasa flow. All levels welcome to this class where we bring it all together. A complete practice drawing on Hatha texts.
Saturday 11.15am, Herbert Park, Park Yoga. Vinyasa flow to get moving and grooving under the big blue. Bring a blanket and wrap up at the end while the sounds of the park bathe you in this spot of beauty.
