Final week of 6 Week Strong Mind, Strong Body.
It’s nearly December, Christmas is popping up everywhere with the sight of decorations & trees, the sound of music everywhere, the smell of fires burning, the Christmas baking and the present buying. Before you read on, I’d like to invite you to assess how your lockdown went, what did you learn about yourself during these 6 weeks? How did yoga help with your lockdown, and what will keep you coming back to the mat over & over.
We are out of lockdown tomorrow which means park yoga is back on Saturday at 11.05am. There are about 5 places left so book today if you’d like to come along. Also this weekend there is another offering of being together as a yoga community. On Sunday morning we will meet at 8am at the base of Ticknock hill. We will greet the morning sunrise with a few rounds of Surya Namasker, there will be a warm drink & snack for everyone after, bring a friend along and go for a walk after in the wonderful woodland. This event is to raise funds for Alone so please donate what you can via the link when booking into class.
For the month of December we will realign our practice with this colder season. We will invite warmth into our bodies through our practice.
