Book a Class

New timetable, new classes, new chances to practice together.

It has been a wonderful summer overall. We had exams in our house (kind of stressful), birthdays (fun) and then holidays (even more fun). I hope you had time to be with those you love, took time to recharge your batteries. Created space to hold a store of happiness and calm that will carry you into the colder season. Just as the seasons change, we too change. The little people in my house are growing up, my body is changing, the garden so abundant in life now will soon be brown and wet and soggy and no longer hold the same image of beauty that it now does.

“I cried over beautiful things knowing no beautiful thing lasts”

Carl Sandburg.

So try not to lament what has changed but carry this store, this memory of summer in your heart for the coming season of change.

So my teaching timetable for the coming weeks will look like this –

Lots of people want an early morning online class that you can do before work/ getting kids out for school or just because it’s a really good time of day to practice. So here it is. Starting Monday 05th there will be a 7am online class. This online class will be 45 minutes of Monday movement, get up, move and start your week in the best way possible. This is included in your 30 Days of Yoga pass or just sign up here.

Also from Monday 05th, I will be teaching in a new studio in Dun Laoghaire called Body Mind Breath. I will be there for 2 classes 6.15pm & 7pm. You can book in here.

Tuesday – You can catch me at Eden 1 if you have membership there, that class is at 11.30am.

WednesdaySunset Yoga 7.30pm at Seapoint. Have you been yet? I really do encourage you to try this class. The whole class is designed around honouring evening energy. We release the tension in the body from the day and move to breath. Bring tea and join a friend to chat after class or join me in the sea for a dip. Book in here. Also included in your 30 days of yoga pass.

I am so looking forward to seeing you on the mat soon.

Much love and autumnal abundance

x Chris

I was so sad and sorry when my last yoga teacher decided to move home to Italy. I thought I would never find a better teacher & then… I found Chris. She delivers a wonderfully unique class which is a marriage of movement and breath. Her class delivers a complete workout for whatever level you’re at, whilst being easy on the body and calming the mind. I look forward to every class and have never felt stronger or better.

Christine conveys an immense passion for yoga. Her energy is palpable. She also has a discerning understanding of how the body works when practicing yoga. I really enjoy her classes which leave me feeling full of positivity!

Christine is a great yoga teacher and I recommend you give her a go.  She is very spiritual but her love of family and her surroundings come through clearly in her teaching - I have wished so many times to be with her in Dublin on the beach, in the studio, in the park! I have loved her classes via Zoom and her early morning Rise and Shine class has been a fantastic start to my day.  She is very knowledgeable and clearly puts a lot into planning each month and each week. Her classes are well prepared and she takes time to explain positions with variations too so that it is suitable for many levels. Having practised with her for 6 months, she keeps her practice interesting with different themes so that no 2 classes are completely the same.  I am loving my yoga journey with her and look forward to it continuing for many years.

Absolutely love Chris’s yoga classes. It has become a staple part of my week to keep my mind clear and my body right. Chris is a fantastic teacher and I especially enjoy her meditation and reflections during class. Chris herself is such a fantastic person both inside and out and her light is infectious!
